Foo & Quek was set up in 1972 as a partnership between Mr Foo See Juan and the late Ms Quek Bee Heong, and was one of the early law firms in Singapore to focus on real estate work. On 1 April 2015 the firm was converted into a law corporation, Foo & Quek LLC.
The firm has established a niche in property development and real estate transactions, and today provides a comprehensive suite of legal services through its Real Estate & Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution and Business Law Services practices.
Practices
- 01 Real Estate & Conveyancing
The practice acts from the acquisition of the land through financing and development documentation to the sale of units in the completed development.
- 02 Dispute Resolution
Contentious matters from arbitration and banking disputes to insolvency, employment and shareholder disputes, before the Singapore courts and in arbitration.
- 03 Business Law Services
The practice advises on the drafting and review of commercial agreements, including joint venture, investment, loan, lease, management, sale and purchase, share sale, shareholder, assignment and novation, agency and distribution, and financial services agreements.
