The practice
The practice advises on the drafting and review of commercial agreements, including joint venture, investment, loan, lease, management, sale and purchase, share sale, shareholder, assignment and novation, agency and distribution, and financial services agreements. It also advises on employment and immigration matters, applications for probate and administration, mergers and acquisitions, the registration of companies and other legal entities, and the winding up of companies.

- Acted for clients in applications for a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence.
- Acted in the drafting and review of copyright agreements and digital token agreements.
- Acted in the drafting and review of executive compensation and employment agreements.
- Acted in the drafting and review of master supply, joint venture and distribution agreements, including a master supply agreement for an American coffee brand, a joint venture for a test laboratory in Shanghai and a distribution agreement for a Japanese food and beverage brand.
- Acted in mergers and acquisitions of companies, in the due diligence exercise for the acquisition of a logistics and transport company in Foshan, and for the vendor in the sale of a logistics building in the value of S$15 million.
- Acted for Judicial Managers in the judicial management of companies and for Liquidators in the liquidation of companies, and advised in family estate and trust matters.
